Annual Enfant Soleil Telethon Raises Over $18 Million

On June 3rd, sick children and their families rejoiced for the 26th edition of the Enfant Soleil telethon which ended with $ 18 017 359 of donations. Live on TVA for 25 hours, the event has been the theatre of many strong moments. The volunteers, artists, and technicians as well as the partners contributed to the success of the event that took place in Quebec at the Pavillon de la Jeunesse on the ExpoCité site.

The Desjardins branches of Beauport, du Vieux-Moulin, and Chutes Montmorency all contributed for another year to the success of the Enfant Soleil telethon by giving a $3 000 cheque. The all the managers also invited Re/Max Reference 2000 to ask for their clientele to buy promotional objects in the banks. Another amount of $ 2300 was issued from this activity and was given to the non-profit organization.

Many other organizations participated and collected money for the cause to add up to $18 million dollars, and the sick children and their families thank every one.
