Case of Quebec teens in alleged murder plot put off until Nov. 29

SAINT-HYACINTHE, Que. — The case of two Quebec teens charged with conspiracy to commit murder and sexual assault in an alleged plot against some of their classmates was put off Tuesday until Nov. 29.

A second psychological evaluation had been previously ordered for the two accused.

One of the two reports was not yet ready Tuesday when their bail hearing was scheduled to occur in Saint-Hyacinthe, 60 kilometres east of Montreal.

The boys, aged 14 and 16, will remain detained pending the next court date.

They were arrested in September and face 23 charges in all.

Court documents state there were six alleged victims.
