Ciel open for business

Quebec City (Quebec) 16 October 2014 – The revolving restaurant on top of the Concorde building is reopening its doors today October 16, under new management and a new decor.

The restaurant has been closed for a year, ever since the hotel was sold last fall.

The new owners, Restos Plaisirs have renovated, improved and renamed the restaurant at a cost of $1.5 million.

Although the whole eatery has been revamped, the new owners claim that the most beautiful attraction of all is still the panoramic view of Quebec City that one experiences when dining at the top of the metropolis.

A new chef, David Forbes, is in charge, and with the reputation of RestosPlasirs, who own several restaurants around the city, one can only expect to be spoiled gastronomically and visually when enjoying a meal way up in the sky, (aka Ciel).
