Dîner en blanc 2013

Dîner en blanc 2013

When climbing on board on the buses at 7 pm on Thursday last week, the participants of the thrid edition of the Dîner en Blanc didn’t know where they were heading. The 1500 guests, all wearing white got out of the buses at the Grand Théâtre to spend the night in the court yard.

The guests had to bring their own food or ask a caterer. White and transparent umbrellas were necessary since heavy rains fell that night.

Last year, they were 1,100 to meet around the Tourny Fountain.

This phenomenon is imported from Paris and is held annually in about 40 cities in the world.
