Halloween Fun to be Had in Charlesbourg Trait-Carré

Charlesbourg invites the Quebec population to attend the most extraordinary Halloween Party which will be held on Sunday, October 28 from 6 pm to 9 pm.

For this occasion, the Romans settle in the Trait-Carré under the theme “Ils sont fous, ces Romains!

Parc de la Commune

Get ready to live an experience with the Romans in the Parc de la Commune in the heart of the Trait-Carré of Charlesbourg. Roman camp, Olympics, training workshop, legion shows, Caesar Salad, great animation, with Asterix and Obelix, musicians, gargoyles, legion cemetery, and magic potions will be waiting for you. Young and old can experience this extraordinary adventure in ancient Rome – specially designed to fit the Parc de la Commune and Parc du Sacré-Coeur, both located on the corner of Louis XIV Boulevard and 1st Avenue.

Children will also have the chance to create a special craft for the occasion.

In addition, there will be a screening of the film Mission Cleopatra in the Charlesbourg Library auditorium.

Moulin Jesuit

Le Moulin des Jesuits will be part of the festivities. The whole family is invited to participate in this interactive exhibition “Tous les chemins partent de Rome! “ Animation, photography movies for toddlers are also on the schedule.

Street closure

Please note that for security reasons, Sunday, October 28, 1st Avenue will be closed to traffic from 6 am to midnight between Boulevard Louis XIV and 83rd Street.

It will be possible to use Henri-Bourassa Boulevard.

All these activities are free.
