Hydroplane tours to finance leukemia and lymphoma research

Hydroplane tours to finance leukemia and lymphoma research are offered.

Hugo Desrochers has survived leukemia and is recovering for the second year.

The plane pilot will offer on September 7th, a hydroplane tour to ten ill children in Saint-Augustin Lake.

The money collected will be sent to the leukemia and lymphoma Canadian Society.

The tour lasts about 30 minutes leaving from Saint-Augustin and flying over the Château Frontenac and the Montmorency River to come back over Lac-Beauport.

For this second edition, Mr. Desrochers plans to bring one child suffering from blood cancer along with two friends for each ride.

His goal is to be able to finance each flight at a cost of $500. He absorbs the charges for the hydroplane.

To finance a flight, you can visit the Facebook page or send an email to hugo.desrochers@lls.org or reach by phone at 418-576-7440.
