International Ski Federation: “Sprint Québec Will Need Crowds!”

International Ski Federation: “Sprint Québec Will Need Crowds!”

The city is nice and Alex Harvey is the star. For sure it will be a success!

Manager of the Internation Ski Federation (FIS), Pierre Mignery targeted Quebec, which starts up in the World cup. For him, the first hint for success is the rush in front of the parliament.

According to the Nordic Opening organizers who presented three disciplines for the World cup in Finland last weekend, about 29,000 people converged towards the Ruka ski resort during the three days of competition. Saturday, more than 7500 people all dressed up faced the blistering winter wind.

For many teams and showcast that follow this event, the only constraint for Canada is the change in time zones. It is the only problem though, but it is important especially for high level sport. It is important that these events be well organized.
