New Tourism Projects Get Tourism Partnership Funding

Five touristic projects in Chaudière-Appalaches will have financial help of about $200 000 coming from the regional tourism partnership. The partners had to choose amongst 20 projects. The 28 projects received are a proof that the region is dynamic and has the potential to be developed. The retained projects will be beneficial for the region as much in diversity. The financial help will allow $1.7 million of investments.

Pedestrian trails, Vacation studio Marchant de Bonne Heure at the Islet, the skidoo association in the Chaudière-Appalaches, the miniature village, and the Alphonse-Desjardins historic society. The partners in this agreement are Tourisme Quebec, Tourisme Chaudière-Appalaches, the regional conferences for elections of Chaudière-Appalaches, and the municipal business ministry of the region.
