Quebec’s 2017-18 budget will be tabled on March 28.
Finance Minister Carlos Leitao made the announcement today and said it will be his third consecutive balanced budget.
Quebec posted a $2.2-billion surplus in 2015-16, while the current fiscal year ends March 31.
The government announced additional funds for education and health last October.
The budget will come down six days after the federal one.
