Share Your Love for Quebec City and Become a Tourist Guide

Quebec City was declared a World Heritage City in 1985 and has been attracting visitors from all over the world who wish to discover this world jewel.

This 150-hour class – in English – is for those who wish to learn more about the history of the city and share it with visitors.

French speaking individuals are also welcomed to this English immersion course.

Ideal for retirees, people seeking a second career or for people who wish to learn more about their city for their personal knowledge.

Some of the subjects that will be studied are: Native history, the French and English colonial periods and the Canadian period; Religious Heritage, architecture, the sociopolitical conjecture and guiding techniques.

Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday from 6:30 – 9:00 PM and a few Saturday mornings.

Dates:       October 9, 2012 to April 25, 2013

Cost: $775.00 ( payable in two instalments) – no administration fees and free parking.
