On Thursday, October 15, 2015, Life in Québec Magazine editor Michael Bourguignon interviewed Graham Fraser, Canada’s Commissioner of Official Languages.

Fraser addressed all manner of subjects, including the vitality of minority language communities across Canada, their needs, expectations, and more.

A feature article will be published in the December 2015 issue of Life in Québec Magazine based on the contents of the recorded interview.
