Winds of Change Workshop – Nov 4th 2010

The Voice of English-speaking Quebec, in partnership with the Community Health and Social Services Network and Jeffery Hale Community Services in English is hosting a Winds of Change Workshop for all newcomers to Quebec City.

This workshop can help with the following:

How to cope with moving, changing language, being separateed from your family, friends and familiar surroundings and working here.

You can also:

Learn ways to create balance in your life   
Discover methods of adapting to new cultures  
Understand how change impacts your life
Get connected! Social networking & support organizations 
Learn about VEQ’s Finding Your Niche for Newcomers’ Sessions 
Seasoned newcomers share their stories

Place:  Jeffery Hale Hospital, Coin Soleil Room, 2nd Floor, 1250, chemin Sainte-Foy (please park in the Jeffery Hale Hospital parking lot, enter hospital main entrance and follow event signs. Yellow tickets will be issued at the event for exiting).

Time: From 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
