Young, Need a Job: The Interface Beauport Project Might be for You

The Carrefour jeunesse-emploi in Montmorency, the Beauport local job centre, and the adult training centre from the Premieres Seigneuries schoolboard join together to present the Interface Beauport Project.

Reaching out for people aged from 17 to 30-years old who are unemployed and are presently not enrolled in any class, this professional exploration initiative will allow them to try a number of different jobs via three internships over a six month period.

In addition to receiving a $345 weekly salary, interns can obtain a semi-specialized training attestation given by La Maison des Adultes de Charlesbourg. Amongst the various careers offered, there’s opportunities to train as a cook, janitor, mechanic, butcher, cashier, and more.

The project starts January 28 and ends July 26. People interested must send their CV before January 23 to Mylene Simoneau-Dube, project agent for Carrefour jeunesse-emploi Montmorency by email at interfacebeauport@hotmail.com.
